Security and Privacy

Tennom has SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology that ensures both the authenticity of the site and the encryption of all the information that the user gives us. Every time you register on the site and provide personal information, regardless of the geographic location where you are located, for the purpose of purchasing a product, the browser through which you execute the act connects to the Site through the protocol SSL that certifies that the user is actually on the Site and on our servers (which can be seen with the appearance of the HTTPS code in the address bar of the browser. In this way, an encryption method is established for the information delivered by the user and a unique session key. This technology allows the user's personal information, such as their name, address and bank card details, to be encrypted beforehand so that it cannot be read when traveling over the Internet. All certificates. SSL are created for a particular server, on a specific domain and for a verified commercial entity. On the other hand, Tennom does not communicate or transfer to third parties, under any circumstances, the personal data registered by users on the Site. Without prejudice to the foregoing, this information may be processed by Tennom and its associates, solely for statistical purposes and/or to obtain a better understanding of user profiles and, thus, improve the products offered on the Site and to adequately comply with the dispatch and delivery of the products at the place registered by the users.

When registering on the Site, the user will be requested only that information necessary for payment of the product and its subsequent shipment. Under no circumstances will this information be communicated or transmitted to third parties other than Tennom. Tennom does not store or retain the user's bank card information.

The registered user may exercise their rights to information, modification, deletion, cancellation and/or blocking of their personal data when they deem it pertinent, as established in Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life.
