Tennom, dated May 10, 2022, declares that:

If the purchased product does not satisfy you, has quality or packaging deficiencies, it can be exchanged or returned without problems up to 05 business days after the date on which it has been received by contacting Tennom about the Order Confirmation email. . For the above to be fulfilled, the following must be considered:

  • The product must have more than 90% of the content, in perfect sanitary conditions and must have the original packaging.
  • All changes are requested by email and made exclusively through national currier or own transportation companies.
  • No changes are made after 5 days of receiving the product.
  • You can choose between 2 alternatives: Product exchange or Money back.
In the event of a refund, the company will make a credit to the payment method used within a period of no more than 72 hours after the return has been accepted, an issue that will be informed through the email that has been registered.

Money Refund With Credit Cards: This process depends 100% on Transbank and can take up to 72 hours for a refund to the customer's account.

Money refund with Debit Cards: In this case Transbank does not accept money refunds, therefore the refund will be agreed between the business and the client.

Transbank will make a commission to the merchant for this purchase in the same way, so the client will be charged the Transbank commission of 3% + VAT of the total purchase. For example: if the bill is $10,000 and the customer wants their money back on a product paid with a debit or credit card, the refund will be $9,643. The difference ($357) is the commission that Transbank charges for using the service.

Tennom works with suppliers who are Chilean or live in Chile, who go through a selection process carried out by the founding team.
